The purpose of the Lions Cancer Control Fund of Indiana, Inc. is to promote and manage a fund to be used exclusively for the control of cancer. This Not-For-Profit Corporation, under the direction of its Board of Trustees, shall receive and disburse funds, and property to accomplish this purpose.
